The Glass Quarter is a district of the city near Ravencoast.. Its name most likely comes from originally being home to the Glassblower’s Guild (starting before 1721). Today it seems to be home to artists of all mediums:
- The Jeweler’s Guildhall, where visitors can view a painting of Saint Millefiori (patron of bead-makers).
- Poet Ebon Lake lived and died there in an unspecified year.
- At least one Royal Poet Laureate, Aisha Goodman.
- Hotel d’Arbor, which incorporates five enormous trees in its architecture.
- The Society for the Preservation of Unusual Instruments' museum.
