A fashion designer, best known for popularizing leopard print. “Leopard is a neutral,” she often said. “It goes with anything. If you see a leopard in the street, it never clashes.” She went on to champion several other animal prints, including crocodile, giraffe, and wendigo. She took Saint Perro as her personal guardian and printed the saint’s image on the tags of her particular brand. The editor’s column in the noted fashion magazine Hemline is titled “Notes from the Book of St. Perro,” and she appears upon the magazine’s masthead, to the minor annoyance of a number of popes.
