The Mother of Echoes is the leader of the ghasts. They live in a tunnel lined with the bones of dead Gugs, on the outskirts of Echo Harbor. Reverend Mord negotiated with her for safe passage back to the surface after he and Pastor Drom rescued the Hidden Almanac Test Garden interns during the CharmX affair.
