Saint Joaquim

November 17th is the Feast Day of Saint Joaquim, patron of stones with writing on them. It doesn't come up that much. Joaquim was marooned on an uninhabited Island, where he wrote his great philosophical texts entirely on small rocks. He passed away, according to a diary rock, at an advanced age. His great philosophical treaties on morality was deciphered by laying nearly twenty thousand stones end to end. Unfortunately, he did not number the rocks, so his thoughts on morality are still subject to intense scholarly debate.
